The spectacular Canyon Ballroom at Minerals Hotel, northern NJ's newest and largest resort ballroom at 11,000 sq. ft., showcases a design featuring a color palette of grays and creams plus wood paneling. Two stunning bars made from vendome stone with glass shelving complement the stylish decor.
